God is Faithful

God is faithful, and He cannot forsake
That which He promised by His very name.
He cannot abandon those whom His Son
Upon the cross of Calvary has won.

So I will stand and I will trust
Not in my own strength or that of mere man,
Instead I will seek and rest in and praise
the God of my salvation, my refuge and rock.
