Proverbs 28:13

The basic gospel message in one verse. Are you one who hides your sin? Are you trying to pass yourself off as a good person? Or are you one who will openly admit your guilt and the wickedness of your ways to God? And having confessed, do you continually forsake your ways in order to follow His ways?

He who conceals his transgressions will not prosper,
But he who confesses and forsakes them will find compassion. (Proverbs 28:13)
